Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom products (such as special orders or personalised items) or for change of mind.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or a production error; eg. misspelled name or date from what you had approved and we will happily amend or exchange your order
If the customer has provided incorrect details after product has been approved and made they will need to purchase a replacement.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase. If your request is approved, a $10 administration fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded. The remaining balance will be automatically credited back to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
