How long will my parcel take to arrive?
All orders are posted via Standard Australia Post. Once parcels are handed over to Australia Post we have no control on delivery times. We are based in North West Victoria so delivery is 4-14 working days depending on what state it is being delivered.
Each product will state the turnaround time of production.

Do we ship to New Zealand?
Yes. we offer a $16 flat rate shipping which you can select at check out.

Where is my parcel?
We have no control over parcels being lost in transport. It is the responsibility of Australia Post so please contact them directly if your order has been lost.
